At Royale Decants, every order is hand-prepared, carefully packaged, and shipped quickly so you can start enjoying your fragrances as soon as possible.

1. Shipping Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate on orders under $49
  • Free Shipping: on all orders of $49 or more (calculated after discounts, before taxes)

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 0–1 business days (same or next business day). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Each decant is filled from an authentic, retail bottle, labeled, and packed in protective packaging to help prevent leaks and breakage in transit.

3. Delivery Times

All orders ship with USPS. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally extend delivery times.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

5. Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

We ship to PO Boxes through USPS.

6. Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors or household members and with your local post office, then contact us so we can help.
